What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
MOQ varies by product. Granules start from 500 kg, containers from 50 pieces, and custom moulded parts from 100–500 pcs depending on complexity. We can discuss your specific needs.
How long does delivery take? +
For in-stock items, dispatch is within 24–48 hrs. Custom moulded orders typically take 7–21 days depending on complexity. Pan-India delivery is available via our logistics partners.
Do you provide samples before bulk orders? +
Yes. We dispatch pre-production samples for approval before full production runs. Sample lead time is 3–7 days. A nominal sample charge may apply for custom tooling, which is adjusted against the final order.
Can you match a custom colour for our products? +
Absolutely. We offer custom colour matching using masterbatches. Share a Pantone / RAL code or a physical sample and our team will match it with ±Delta E tolerance.
